I've been trying to beat this game on and off for 12 years now.

I never really posted here while we were all here. I was here, sure, but I never really posted. I just lurked,watched people have their discussions, dig through the place for info here and there. I was a shy kid, and a burnout. I didn't think it was my place to intrude on. I didn't think I had anything meaningful to contribute until I actually won. I guess I felt like without a win, my opinion and my feelings on things...

As the title says, I am looking for something to watch in those few moments I am unable or simply too lazy to actually bother to play a video game like DoD.

I do not leave my home for anything other than groceries every month, and I am only out for other purposes every few months, so I am looking for something to watch and actually enjoy. Not nonsense to fill the air with as background noise.

I do not watch television except rewatching the few science fiction series I enjoyed fom years...

Well we have a book thread, and a movie thread, and (of course) lots of game threads. This evening I was inspired to start a Television thread for a change.

Mostly I was inspired by this Canadian Science Fiction/Techno-thriller series that I discovered a couple of years ago : "Regenesis". I'm happy because the 4th season has finally made it to Hulu (well, 13 episodes of the 4th season -- not sure if that's complete or not), and I've been busily watching them each night.

I'm currently running Windows 7 and so I'm eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 10. When I got the automatic notification that my PC is compatible, I put myself on the waiting list for it, figuring that I could hold off on a final decision as to whether I should upgrade or not. Well, this evening, I got the actual notification that my upgrade is ready.
