That's it. I know the studio's dead and it's for the best for everyone involved, but I still miss it.

Sadly we will never see more stuff related to Dredmor, but the game is still amazing!

 

It's too bad. There were some pretty cool mod ideas that never got implemented, like making wandcrafting and Banksterism useful. The best part of this game was how easy it was to mod it.

 

At least not until some other company buys the rights 30 years later and makes a mediocre sequel

 

Any idea what happens to sales for this game? Do they still get them?

 

I assume Dredmor sales go into a kind of trust or LLC to presumably pay the bills for this forum and continuing to maintain the rights. It's unlikely there's more but if there was maybe it's split three ways once a year?

Clockwork Empires has been delisted from Steam at some point so as far as I know it's unavailable anywhere, so no revenue to worry about.
