Had to make an account to announce my first Dredmor kill. The difficulty was Dwarvish Moderation, and after 131 hours on steam and countless more on the standalone 1.07 from the introversion bundle I finally got him. Skills were: Unarmed Master of Arms Shield Mastery Astrology Archaeology Burglary Dodge So not only did I finally win, but I kicked his face in. You guys made one of my top 5 games, you should be really proud of yourselves.
Soon...soon, once I get my fingers dirty with the expansion for which I am actually foaming at the mouth for. There is foam coming out of my face.

Whelp, if the expansion is not going to hit until Monday my foam is going to send me down to Davey Jones footlocker. Perhaps I shall meet the Lutefisk God in his effervescent halls.

If you're already on the topic of expansions, I've been away from Dredmor for quite a while... Now, does anyone actually know when is 1.0.7 being hit in the face uploaded to our computers?
Ah, so 1.0.7 IS the expansion, not just a nice big update? Damn, I need to get sum moneys for myself. And what is up with the Humble Indie version?
I believe that 1.07 is being skipped, and 1.08 is being released concurrently with the DLC expansion. If not concurrently, then close at least close.

Correct. Steam users will get access to the female hero, modding support etc for the first time, as well as the revamped skill lines (many have new skills), for free. I have no idea how it works for HIB users, but they have 1.07 already.
