for 1.0.9 (steam showed the ncf files as being updated at 1:42pm 12-22-11):
1)saved games still get the n-dimensional lathe missing recipes/crash, new games are safe.
    2)loading screen still says 1.0.8
    in general:
3)Autoloot always has an x on it, even when disabled (only way to see it active is if the square is darker, which is how it should be when unchecked sans x)
4)no 'disable click to move' setting in config.xml so always disabled on loading the program
5)slight game pause when music changes
    6) no tool tip description/name on item you can create from crafting

Steam appears to have eaten the install and corrupted some of the game, this is not the full patch. Please stand by.

saw a new/replacement patch was downloaded,
2&6 fixed, rest of the issues are still there 5) is easily seen when entering the merchant's area
and now the character from the save is doing a move and teleport back to the same spot.

Great game, it'll be fantastic when the glitches are ironed out

I'm getting an ability swap and I guess it could be because of this patch, since it started happening after updating.
I'm showing you a picture where you can see I have Emomancy, and down in fourth ability, it can be seen Broadside ability instead of Love Will Teleport Us Apart. It's not only the image, it actually is the ability, it's tested.

I'm playing in windows 7, 64 bits, through Steam. Since i can't find how to post thumbnails, I'll just leave here the image link, so you can check it out. This is an awesome game and you're doing a great job with all the updates and bug fixes. I'm glad to help :)

People have been saying that every update since time immemorial. It's best to just reconcile yourself now to the fact that old glitches will be fixed and replaced with new glitches. Personally, I'd rather the devs froze all work on new features until they fixed all the serious bugs (since every new feature seems to come with new bugs of its own), but this is boring for everyone and not a good way to attract new players/make money, so it's unlikely to happen.
