9 times out of 10, my characters are destroyed by a crash/bug, rather than traps & monsters... That's not an exaggeration, get on top of it.
You're going to have to say a lot more than that if you expect them to help you. The more detail, the better.
Bitching at the devs is never a good idea. Especially during Christmas. You paid, at most, $8 for this game -- if you got 1/5th as much entertainment out of it as you did out of your last PS3 or XBox game, you've gotten more than your money's worth. Chill the hell out and trust in the devs; they'll fix it when they're not busy defending theses, Christmas, or themselves.
