Who here will love a lotr army mod, where you can attack the orc's enemy soldiers and castles. I suggest that someone should make an mod with army vs army plus castle building and besieging. The mod properly will have these features: Army building and commanding Castle building and besieging Enemies of middle-earth freepeople of middle-earth and men of the west

Agreed. BUT... A roguelike with fortress-building and army commanding elements actually is an interesting idea IMHO, but it just has no place in DoD.
That was i just think about that a fortress-building and army commanding elements will be cool as a mod for this game.
Yeah, even thou it might be a fun mod, i think it would be much easier to make a whole new game from zero than doing a mod. It wouldnt even be a roguelike anymore, it would be some sort of huge turn based rts with a lot of item management.
Knight133, You should totally check out a game called "Mount and Blade". I think it would have the moddability features and gameplay experience that you're looking for.
