Modding help for someone using Steam.

probly a dumb question, but where does it go fro a steam user running xp?

 

Same place as mentioned though for XP I think its the administrator folder rather than a username.

 

now see, I tried putting it in C:\program files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Dungeon of Dredmor\Mods, but it wouldn't register anything, and tried doing C:\documents and settings\user\application Data\Gaslamp Games\mods, and again, nada. It's only registering the ones i originally had installed when i went from standalone to steam

 

It's "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Gaslamp Games\Dungeons of Dredmor\Mods".

And not that I want to sound like I have a temper problem, but why doesn't anyone read the modding guide anymore?

 

New member, wasn't aware that there was a guide to help with this

 

The guide isn't exactly named to indicate it has information on how to use mods. I would assume a "Modding Guide" would help me make mods (it has some of that, too), not tell me how to use them. Maybe a hypothetical FAQ list would be better to point people at instead.
