Love this game, and love the Norwegian and Canadian references, being a resident of one, and heritage of another. I have a question, and if the answer is what I think it is, it'll be a recommendation. I've noticed since I have started playing again and updated my game that it frequently autosaves, and it freezes my computer for a good 2-3 seconds every time it does. Is there a way to turn that off, or make it not do it so often, or anything? It is really annoying and it feels like every 45 seconds the computer freezes and I have to count the beats till I can move again. I tried to just grin and bear it for a few weeks now, but it's really trying my patience and hampering my enjoyment of this game. I play on the easiest difficulty (I'm middle aged, not so hardcore anymore haha) if that makes any difference. I play this primarily for relaxation and I would love to be able to do that if at all possible, without having a freezing game. I absolutely adore this game, hoping that I can find some sort of fix for this or other advice, and at the very least suggest being able to turn autosaving off in future versions. The current autosaving is every 5 minutes, so if you're getting lag more often then something else's going on. The only other time it autosaves is when you go down a floor. That said, you're not the first to suggest being able to turn it off, we'll keep that in mind.
Autosaving seems to be better in the RC, I've barley noticed it on the lower floors and it no longer saves when I'm doing inventory management.
