    Let me revert back to 1.0.10 and I'll do some minor tests on save game compatibility.

    edit:

    Of the test characters I created in 1.0.10, none of them crashed on load in rc7

    Crash on walking into an already explored fountain/heal lever room on an RC6 save, in RC7.

    I've just upgraded directly from 1.0.10 to RC7 and am proud to report that all my saves have ported over just fine.

    .... Okay, that's too many mods. I think the problem might be in one of them. :)

    Yeah. When I find a problem running mods I disable them and see if the problem can be duplicated in vanilla DoD + RotDG.

    Really, you have twenty six mods there. And I cannot even know what version of each they are. Lol. There is a mod for every letter of the English alphabet. (In your list alone.)

    I like playing with mods, but remember that sanity is a limited resource. :p

    I just came up on the Mass Pitting room, there was no room south of the lever and when I shoved it there were no monsters to fight. The Mass Pitting room is almost right on the edge of the map maybe just a few tiles from the edge. There may be monsters stuck somewhere in the wall, but I can't find them. I know someone else had problems like this in pre RC7 but I thought that I would mention that it was still there and include a screenshot.

    If there's no room south of a pitting room, it shoves them in another random room on the floor.

    Me too. I never much cared. If you wait long enough, you will get all the monsters you want to spawn. Mass Pitting is just the bad roll of a Dwarven Express Post.

    I also noticed that I can name the expansion but whenever I leave and come back to the main menu it has reset the name.

    Aw, that's a pity. It should save it somewhere when you click one of the buttons.

    "Smithing transmute resist reduced"
    Er, resist Transmute isn't going to magically make the game easier. So, reducing it seems odd, unless you're going to give it fire resist as well.

    Thematically, it would make a lot of sense to just have it give fire resist only.
    I'm not sure what the point of reducing it to 1 would do.

    Well for one thing it would double the damage you take from :dmg_transmutative: on floor three, and in general most of the :dmg_transmutative: in the game is low, so the 1 point of :resist_transmutative: modifies its damage significantly. Even so it was a subtle nerf but a good one. Also :resist_conflagratory: is really strong because of how often it appears in low amounts from spells.

    Someone else earlier mentioned that a pedestal in a room had no tooltip. Well, I found that the one in the Dark Forces room does have one either.

    Unless this was changed in the latest RC, I'm not entirely sure this is correct - If there is an open, unconnected room directly south of the mass pitting room, some enemies will bleed into that area, but some will also get jammed in the wall.
