Shield Bearer and Master of Arms are still kinda meh

Both the Shield Bearer skill tree and the Master of Arms skill tree are a bit under-powered. I know they just got a boost which is nice, but they could still use a little boost. My problem is that Suit-up and Tortoise Maneuver are brittle buffs that are too... brittle. I never use those because they will be gone in an enemy or two. It is annoying. I would like Suit-up boosted to a 12 hit brittle buff and Tortoise Maneuver boosted to a 10 hit brittle buff. Also the capstone of Master of Arms doesn't do anything but passive stat boost. I would like Master of Arms to give a 10% chance of the Suit-up buff when hit on melee.

I'd like to see brittle buffs moved entirely to consumables and procs like Offensive Maneuvering, though that's just me. Suit Up and Tortoise Maneuver would benefit more from giving their buff for 50 turns with a 80 turn cooldown, IMO.

Though Shwqa's idea sounds reasonable to me, too.

the turn cooldown work for me too. I just expect to be hit one to two times per monster with a heavy block melee build. I would like to be able to use the buffs for a monster zoo or something. Right now I can't think of a use for the buffs other than recover faster when walking back and forth.

Good point. I've revised these for the next patch.

Cool thank you very much :). I can't wait to give you money for the next DLC.

I don't think I've ever met people as eager to give people money as people on this forum.

Of course, Gaslamp shouldn't take that to mean I wouldn't be above giving them an extra few dollars to help with playtesting CoW...

Just as a rule of thumb, the buffs that last X hits or X attacks could stand to have their durration multiplied by about 5.
