.....Find haematic phylacteries as random loot in vanilla? For the record I have all the expansions installed and am currently using an unmodded version for the purpose of a GRPD contest.
It is possible, though it's unlikely for that to happen unless the RNG weird out a little (which happens from time to time) as the phylactery has tags that make it less likely to spawn normally.
