Hi guys, is it intended that it gives Suit Up? Because I just got the buff Armouring from a fountain that has the same icon as Master of Arms. Just wondering, since it would seem counterintuitive for a capstone to have a chance to proc a lower level active...
I believe it is. At least, it is that way in the XML. It wouldn't be counterintuitive if it were correctly overwriting the existing buff, but I have seen issues where I would cast Suit Up, and it wouldn't refresh it up to the max brittle stacks. If you could refresh to the max brittle stacks while being hit... I'd say that is incredibly useful.
I asked for a small proc to happen to make the capstone slightly more interesting. This was the response and I love it.
