What happened: I entered a Wizardland started adventuring in it then it segfaulted at one of the rooms. What happens now: Every time I try to enter the Pocket Dimension with this character (works fine with others) the game segfaults. Additional info: I was playing in NTTG mode. OS is Linux 32-bit and of course the game too (is there a way to edited the topic title ? ) I bought it on Desura. Wizard Graffiti was: Banglechkolkolkii
Seriously that gives no information. There are thousands of wizardlands and pocket dimensions entered on NTTG. You need more information, system specs etc. See if there's a problem with your install or something first.
No there's only one Pocket Dimension per character. My problem isn't that there seemed to be an error in a Wizardland but that it locked that character out completely from entering its Pocket Dimension but I will update with more details.
Er, I was saying that thousands of people have used wizardlands and pocket dimensions without segfaults so it's not a global issue and you need to give info as to why you are having it.
It might be simply that the crash that other people have on windows cause a segfault on linux. Either way we're going to have a hotfix up soonish.
@Null I interpreted 'entered' as: being typed into that portal opener thingy. @Daynab It very well might be! Whenever DoD crashes it is/was always with a segfault if I remember correctly. Edit: I also tried to reproduce this by force closing in the middle of a Wizardlands but things work fine afterwards so I guess I was mistaken.
