Heya. My suggestion is fairly simple (imo anyways).. It'd be neat if people posted the last date that they updated their mods in the threat title. As an example; Roguish Renovation - 07/21/12 .. That would make it a lot easier / simpler for the people who are using the mods to see if an update has been made to their favorite mods instead of having to look at the thread to find the last posted update (in my example, it was easy since it was on the last page, but that can't be the case for every one of them).
I was going to make a suggestion like this myself. Some sort of consistent version numbering in .zip titles (and thread titles) would be so useful for people who don't use Steam workshop and instead do it manually. As it is now, I have to re-download all the mods I have, and then I have to check the "date modified" side by side to see if anything has changed, which can be a pain.
Users can't currently edit their own thread titles so this isn't possible right now, but we'll see what Derek says about that.
Yeah, I used the Steam workshop versions of the mods for a while but I was just crashing constantly. Downloading the mods manually and using them instead ended up "fixing" my issue. Now I have even more mods, didn't crash a single time. That would be neat. Thanks.
I think it might be good to just enable it for the modding release subsection. Or, if you have some time for that (or if you get your own gnome helper of a moderator someday, Santa Daynab), just add the version notes and release dates to the mod listing.
