Ok, so I put together a Superhero class but it still needs a few things. There's a lot of art (more or less all of it) and sprites and animations (I need the Gadgets Galore ability to display the words "Gadgets Galore" when it goes off, for example) that I can't and/or don't know how to make. I need advice on balance, and could somebody tell me how to stat up a player -friendly version of one of the low level Lutefisk Paladins for the "Dumb Fish powers" ability? How about stabmantium skeleton? Also pseudoscorpion should be a pseudodiggle or something (no scorpions) And what does dumb fish power do?
"Stabamantium" is already part of skill level 2, "Metal Skeleton" I suppose I could change it to "Diggle Sense" or something (I had chosen "pseudoscorpion" because it is one of the most awkwardly named kinds of arachnids), I suppose Diggle Sense would make more sense anyway since, after all, it was a radioactive diggle in the origin story ("Your parents were murdered by a radioactive diggle while they arranged your escape from their doomed planet. Now you fight crime.") Oh, I haven't finished coding that one yet. Its supposed to summon one or two extra-low level versions of the lutefisk warrior. Yeah, I just thought the "a" in it sounds kinda unnesecary. Also you could just make it a semisubspecies of lutefisk warrior, and just change the hue (no sprites needed, just need a color). (i can post the code, if you want)
I made it anyway You just have to insert the latin, description, spells and change stat bonuses (probably negative) PS: Stats of each monster are added/deducted from the base (first part before the actuall monsters)
Hmm... that's a good point. I think maybe I'll add an invisibility purge effect (similar to Third Sight) that occasionally procs to the Pseudoscorpion Sense/Diggle Sense ability (But what do you think should trigger it???)
