Implemented Add a smiley on the forums for the "broken star" encrust instability icon

    We should have a smiley on the forums for the "broken star" encrust instability icon.

    After all, we have ones for the game's other iconic icons, like :dmg_aethereal: and :burliness: and :mana_regen: et cetera...

    Rather than make a new thread for a very similar purpose, how about a "Thumbs Up" icon/emotion/smile to use? There are times I would love one. Also a "Thumbs Down" would be equally useful. :cool:
