Actually, the "minigame" in Alpha Protocol isn't that horrible. It merely requires you to notice something, and if you know what to look for it's possible to get through it without external help. That being said, I can see that some people might have problems with that part. Personally I'm rather bad (read: average, or maybe even above that, but in my opinion I simply suck at that) at action-centred elements like trick jumps in platformers, all-around shooting parts in FPS (and TPS) games, and other such things, but I perform somewhat better at things which require me to pay attention and think, which is why the fact that I have no problem with the less action-centric part means nothing.
That is weird. I didn't have this problem - sure, the controls in that minigame were somewhat clunky, but it wasn't anything game-breaking (nor even anything more than "a minor annoyance" that you could get used to it). But then again, I played this game quite some time ago, so it might be version-related or I simply was lucky.
I've been playing SMITE, a third person MOBA game. Wow, it's really fun and I usually hate mobas. It has a couple cool game modes to add variety, and landing those skills in third person is so incredibly satisfying. It's f2p with 10 gods being playable for free, half of those rotating. You can buy the whole game for $30 and it includes future gods. I ended up doing that cause I enjoyed it so much.
Didn't skip any. But GTA IV's story isn't that great, IMHO. I think it works, certainly, but I don't think it's the best. The two 'expansions' slimmed things down and it improved them.
For me the "plot" of GTA4 was running around shoving pedestrians into the ocean over and over. (They kept getting back out).
Anywho... This is what I've been playing with lately. Costume Quest - Quirky, cute and kinda fun. Also mind-numbingly repetitive. Little Racers STREET - Got this from the Groupees BaGLB2 or whatever they call it. Fun little isometric/top-down racer with a fairly good soundtrack. Nothing remarkable, certainly, but there's not a lot it can really do. Darkout - From the same bundle. It released at a kinda high price but the female protag certainly interested me, but I managed to get it in a bundle. It's not the easiest game, it's frustrating and antagonistic at times - even at the start. But as a Terraria/Minceraft inspired game it's not too bad. I think the way to describe it would be a breed between Terraria and A Valley Without Wind, though truth be told I'd just say get AVWW and sod the rest. Claustrophobia: The Downward Struggle - I gotta rep a British game, ain't I guvna? But no, this is a pretty cool roguelike that's still in alpha. Patch 1.1.0 really did improve things quite a bit, though it's still a little tough and some of the rooms need tweaking, but that one patch made a huge difference to the playability of the game.

I loved Terraria (It's still one of my most-played steam games) but I don't know that can bring myself to go back to it this late-on. Too little too late, probably
1 KG of Pure Caffeine + a massive batch of Jello >>> than all that stuff. What can I say? Sleep is overrated.
With that dosage you'd sleep alright, forever. Seriously, that if anything is a fatal overdose. Heck just 1-2 gram will have you looking like a zombie with parkinson.
That is why it is distributed in many tiny gelatin doses. A single gram would literally kill most people. But a tenth of a gram in a gelatin snack is the equivalent of a cup of Coffee. The Human body is quite resistant to it once it gets accustomed to it. A gram would actually be sedating to a person like myself. This is because the body panics and decides it is too much, but it has already gotten accustomed to screening it out. So you feel tired and take a nap. When you wake, there is only the tiniest traces of Caffeine left in your body. (Well, there is quite a bit in your bladder waiting to be expelled.) Caffeine is bitter and will not be easy to take in any amount without a substrate like cookies or brownies or gelatin. With them it is easier on the body than Coffee. In case anyone was wondering, I bought the Caffeine since it is a lot cheaper than buying even cheap and awful Coffee. I eat gelatin regularly to settle my stomach, and this seems a good addition.
