What is worth keeping on a Smith/Swords/DualWield run - No vamp, only one spell (Viking Str), Smithing to max
    Equip - FineSteel/Knightly, FineAlum/Serp/WingBoots, 2xIronThorn

What is worth me keeping for emergencies/bosses and what is worth me keeping for crafting?

Also is there some things that I should obviously NOT have like powders, ores, tinkering bits, potions, gems etc?

if you're smithing, then you want to keep all the ore stuff. also make sure you convert ingots to appropriate ores. You need chalk and bituminous ore to make steel ingots so keep those.

There are some shooms worth keeping due to the buffs they provide. Cant remember which ones tho.

if you have a lutefisk cube convert all the vendor trash to lutefisk and tithe it instead.

Is there any need for me to keep any gems, plastic, copper, brass, tin, zinc, iron, bronze, aluminium, silver, gold, electrum and platinum? What about tinker supplier for potential traps, will i ever be able to make them?

Are there any bolt/trap I should make and keep for later levels?

Some gems can make weapons that ive seen. The wikis dont have all the recipes. Theres a Magma Mace that uses a ruby, I assume that there are others as well for sword/axe that use diff gems, but I could be wrong.
If you dont have the skills(tinker/alchemy/etc), you wont be able to make them, so dont bother keeping stuff for those professions. Also, most of the potions are pretty meh, and one of them is even harmful to you.

Platinum is required if you want to make an Emerald Amulet (which is the highest-tiered necklace). Since you have the Serpentine armor thing, you really shouldn't need Gold or Silver Ingots. I'd really only bother keeping the Iron Ingots, Copper ingots, and gems. Anything else, unless they're really useful potions/mushrooms, should be sold off.

I've just been testing mushrooms, and frankly they all seem to be crazy-helpful. I'm going to stop selling those. I just invested in Knightly-Leap to so I can utilise buffs better against bosses. Is a ruby necklace ok to make in the meantime before I sell everything, what do I use? I have no damn emerallds yet *yet tonnes of ruby tho and gold* >.<

*UPDATE - It is NOT Goldx3 and a Ruby - Got myself a pretty useless ring instead >.<*

I just took a glance in the XML, and you can't craft a Ruby Amulet. As far as I can tell, you can only craft an Emerald Amulet. Really, as far as I can tell, there really is no reason for you to keep any of your Gold.
