"pure oldschool dungeon exploration, mindblowing puzzles and intense atmosphere in the spirit of classics like Dungeon Master, Eye of the Beholder, Ultima Underworld and Arx Fatalis"

    Looking very nice :)

I always found those kinds of games somewhat creepy.
    Looks awesome.

Love love love Dungeon Master, Dungeon Hack, Eye of the Beholder type games. Glad to see a game like this is being made. Unfortunately my laptop is a hunk of junk.

    "mindblowing puzzles"

If there's a physics puzzle in one dimension I will cave into myself

Puzzles in these types of games generally involves weight sensors on the ground or teleporters of some sort(or pits). Or, finding keys, but you cant really count those as puzzles.

Edit: Dungeon Master:Chaos Strikes Back was ruined by the ridiculous puzzles/difficulty curve. Even as an adult I can't beat that game without a walkthrough.

Question: In recounting games of this type, why has no one mentioned the Might and Magic series?

because Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder are the end all be all.

Also, its the same formula, 4 chars.

edit: and yes i know in EotB you can have more than 4.

Also, I hope they can work in the Dungeon Master amiga noise when you hit taunt or whatever and the guy is like "EEYHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Looks interesting but.. Puzzles?! I hate those things. Recall a couple games where they were just annoying and blocked progression while wasting your time.

  12. This one reminds me of Might & Magic VI , which I played a lot.
