When equiping to wepons without the duel wielding skill it gives you the debuff of hands full, what does hands full do to you

Divides your something or other by 1.57 according to tweakDB.xml; if it's damage, this means that you still do more dual wielding, but not much; if it's accuracy, this means you do a ton of damage but don't hit very often.

I know this is an old thread, but I searched for it to see if I could find the details and found this thread. Then I found the answer and figured I should share. Sorry for thread necromancy. I know it irritates some people.

Suffice it to say that you do only 46% damage without the weapon skill and while dual wielding without that skill.

That may still be well worthwhile with weapons that have decent procs and other benefits. I have yet to find the reduction to accuracy though. Anyone have that?

That information isn't relevant anymore. Dual wield penalty still applies but Bad Weapon was taken out of the game before 1.09.
