I get this text when trying to load my https bookmark for the forums.
"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)"
If you would like to see exactly what it looks like, here is a screenshot.

So I changed my bookmark to work and would hope that if this is not already known, that it can be resolved. (Although, it is resolved by removing one single character in the link, that is not ideal. Nonetheless we will help out in any way we can.)

In case people wonder why this would matter, many people have the HTTPS Everywhere addon/extension to their browsers. And when they follow a link to a mod for a game and run into that, they may not know to try removing the s and disabling HTTPS Everywhere.

Thanks for moving this here too. I realized what I had done immediately after I posted it, but I figured I would let it die down with time.

This one was a long time coming. I've migrated Gaslamp entirely to HTTPS.

Please use the thread to give any feed back when issues arise. Also be on the lookout for unsecured content (broken/yellow lock) and let me know. I'll do my best to make sure it is secured.
