Putting Items directly into the inventory possible?

Hi all.

There is so much loot in this game and its very annoying that items wont be put automaticly into the inventory. you always have to drag and klick onto your big avatar picture.
is there a way to fix this?

 

Just try to use SHIFT + left mouse button

 

You can also just drop the item on your hero - the one that moves around, not the picture (though I believe it fills up the belt slots first).
