They modified FFD to be more useful I believe. Also hotfix patch moved lockpicks to lvl 2. Agreed on fungal arts shroom farming to be irritating.
Minor glitch: when you pick throwing and smithing: you don't get concussion bombs to start with. Unsure if that holds true to other crafting skills.
