If I play for a while in offline mode, it seems to not register achievements when I play again in online mode.
Lulie, the game doesnt track any new achievement or just the type that needs a spefic number of things to unlock it? As I explain in this suggestion I did, I ask them to improve the way the game (I think it is a Steam problem) tracks the completition of achievements. http://community.gaslampgames.com/threads/improve-steam-achievements-while-offline.4623/ I usually play in Offline mode, and I am able to unlock all the skills tree achievements. (aside from the new ones that are not working right now), I just have problem with the ones I described in my post.
