Windows Vista/7 32-bit All your characters are criminal (1.0.10 RC1)

I tried the 1.0.10 RC patch submitted in #gaslampgames channel. I wish I could test it further but there is a funny bugs with Dread Collecters.

Before applying the patch, I shoplifted in one of my characters and the furious Brax called out bunch of Dread Collectors to kill me. Now after applying the patch, every time I load my saved games, I got Dread Collecters spawning in all of my other characters too and think they are guilty as well so I was beaten to death. Luckily those aren't perma death ones

thats cause brax flags the player not the character
