They built this shrine in the garden before I could root out the cultists. Also, what do the little, light gray question marks on peoples head mean? I see them pop up from time to time along with an occasional big yellow one.
There's no way to interact with shrines, for now. But you can keep an eye on them, because Cult-minded colonists will occasionally wander out to them, to worship and obtain daggers for their murder sprees. As for the question marks, if you're talking about the ones I think you're talking about, the light gray question marks mean that particular colonist no longer has an Overseer, and is thus no longer in a Work Crew that will do things in a Workshop. The big yellow question marks are just Colonists showing their emotions, like the big yellow smiley face.
