Just bought DoD on Steam and can't get the game resolution to work. I've tried every resolution, fullscreen and windowed, and the window never fits the screen. Most of it is cut off and only a small portion is visible. Any way to fix this?
Os x mountain lion. Strangely, I got the game to load correctly once without changing any settings, but it was back to being messed up when I loaded it again later.
Same problem. Steam version. On Retina Macbook Pro. None of the resolutions are centered correctly on the screen.
