For some reason, any time one of these traps is stepped on by anything, specifically when you are nowhere near one, it gives you the sight radius debuff. While one at a time occasionally as monsters roam around isn't a big deal, I have had 4 stepped on in succession which pretty much mimics the Witchy blind stack.
