It seems the 4th skill in the tree was removed. It never worked for me either way so it doesn't bother me too much to see it removed, but the one thing that is very annoying is that it is still in my skillbar and whenever I mouse over it, the game automatically crashes. Right now I am left unsure of whether I can actually swap out the skill without mousing over it, or if I will have to cut my losses and keep going on a character with one less skill slot to use that I have to keep an eye out for to be careful not to even get close to it.
