Cancellable buffs don't cancel properly

    I've noticed that sometimes cancellable buffs won't cancel when the little "X" in the upper right corner is clicked

    I have also noticed a related bug, sometimes a cancelable buff WILL cancel when you click ELSEWHERE on their icon.

    Sounds like another misalignment problem, like that annoying one with the save & quit and just quit buttons

    And the skill selection/skillbelt buttons (in large UI at least). Don't forget those.
