For a mod I am building I am wondering if there is a way to change the success rate for the anvil of Krong? Specifically this would be a skill you would acquire, so it would have to make the change only on the skill's acquisition/activation. Does anyone know how this could be done?
Curses- ok question 2; is there a way to cause the Krong enchantment as a spell effect, or to enchant an item as a spell effect?
Nope. Item enchantments are strictly under core game control at the moment, except for This Translation Is All Wrong Ancient Krongian Ritual Flames of the Heckforge Corruption All of which are hardcoded effects that can't be changed, only activated in different ways. Weapon enchantments are very much out of modder's hands at the moment.
ah well, there goes most of this mod idea; at least I did not end up smashing my head against a wall for hours on end to discover this- thanks Essence.
