Windows Vista/7 64-bit Char stats don't change when belt disappears due rightclick-equipping new one

    Just noticed this, was particularily evident since I was using a belt kronged with -2 trap affinity, ring with +1 traps and thieves gloves +1 traps. I then equipped a trapper's toolbelt with +2 traps, which should all add up to +4 trap affinity yes? However, when changing belts the old one disappeared, but not its stats. So now my character has +2 trap affinity instead of +4. :(

    This is actually because when you right-click equip belts, the old belt is swallowed, forever. So your -2 affinity ended up permanent. So... yeah, bug but different bug than you thought. It's on the list.

    So eating a lot of good belts could actually make a superpowerful character... :l
    Who needs to level up, when you can eat belts.

    Perhaps I did a poor job explaining, Daynab, but aye. I was familiar with the risk of gear being "eaten" when equipping with rightclicks, but the thing that you still keep the stats from the old item was new to me. This was a sort of 2-in-1 bug report. :)

    Brobbeh, the same thing crossed my mind heheh..

    Last time I forgot about this bug and ate a belt, it felt like I still had its buffs if no other belt is equipped, but when I equipped a new one, old buffs dissapear as long as I keep a belt on. Is this what actually happens, or was I wrong counting?
