This bit of the UI seems to be off in la-la land. It disrespects the "larger UI elements" setting, and cannot be moved around the screen like the others. Both of these make it very annoying to manage the UI. This panel needs to be opened and closed constantly to prevent it from being in the way, and with it stuck at a smaller size, you also have to lean in to see it compared to other things (depending on your resolution).
Known bugs, it's definitely in the to-do list to be made like the others. Main reason it's not with the larger UI too is that it needs to be redrawn and that didn't happen yet.
