So the latest news post is by Derek Bonner (who I assume is Deek). Anyway, I went and clicked to see what other posts he has made and stumbled across a news post with a youtube video: http://www.gaslampgames.com/2011/01/09/100th-post-and-new-video/ CRAZY. Didn't realize gaslamp had a youtube channel. http://www.youtube.com/user/GaslampGames You should really check it out! Last video was for RotDG back in December. I figure a lot of other people may not have seen their channel either. It is interesting to watch the development of the game. I really think the music from Trailer #2 and Trailer #3 should be in the game, how come it isn't? P.S. How come trapdoors didn't make it? People in the modding forums keep talking about making a traps have stiffer consequences... Isn't this about as steep as you could get? The Gourse visualization of the Codebase was very interesting. I noticed a name I didn't recognize: Msteele. Who's that? Edit 1 - reading more old posts, it sounds like there was a matthew? Also, I am glad you guys went from the high particle explosions to the cartoony animations we have now. Edit 2 - If I had just read the link I would have seen that it was Deek. Surprisingly Deek had a lot of great posts about the gaming industry, hardware, configurations... I don't know if these were brought over from the old forums, but they don't have any responses to them, which makes me kinda sad seeing as how interesting they are.
The one and only original Recursive Brax, who ended up the way he did from a botched Recursive curse aimed at him by a thief. Trapdoors: Y THEY NOT MAKE IT to RoTDG?
Whoa there's quite a few changes from beta. Old combat log gave hp values of enemies which was better imo.
Msteele is Matthew Steele, also known as 'zath', who is the composer for Dredmor. Those classic trailers are pretty interesting, though.
