I don't find any reference to a Mac release. Is it somewhere on the "we'll get to it" list, on the "it's been mentioned" list or the "never even considered it" list
From clockworkempires.com: Though that "by October, 2014" should be "for October, 2014". So during the month of October we should roll out the MacOS and Linux versions of CE.
Looks like you have nine days... <<wink, wink, grin>> Really though, take your time folx. Just not too much. I'd prefer to play the game before senile dementia sets in.
It's worth mentioning that the Mac and Linux builds are going to need their own love as far as resolving graphics issues and whatnot is concerned. We're doing as much of this testing as we can internally, but things always seem to slip through the cracks regardless. That said, it's the same code, so at least the Mac&Linux users won't have to suffer through any of the bugs we've already found!
Already found bugs are boring. 8^) I am the bug stumbler supreme. I am cursed with a talent for unearthing insecta heretofore considered computationally impossible. Back in the day I wasn't allowed anywhere near hardware. The moment I walked into data store you would hear the horrid screech of read/write head hitting platter and smell bits of information sparking off into the aether. I'm even better with software.
