Console not showing

So I tried searching the forum for answers but got none. When I use the -debug-flag thing, the console window doesnt appear. HOW do I make it appear please.

 

There is no console window. -debug-flag gives you access to some cheat keyboard shortcuts that aren't there otherwise. Look in menu -> keyboard shortcuts with the flag on and compare with the flag off and you'll see.

It can also spawn you in a specific room but that has to be done from the game starting line. I forget the syntax but something like "dungeons of dredmor.exe" -debug-flag -spawninroom:blah -x# -y#

 

There is supposed to be a console with the debug flag, but it only seems to work on windows 7.

 

Console only works on Win7 and Mac.

 

That sucks for the Linux people.
