If this was mentions I apologize .. did not see a thread for it. The crafting menus check off ingredients even if you do not have enough. Example: To create Iron Plate Boots you need two Iron Ingots. Both Iron Ingots in the recipe are checked green but I only have 1 Iron Ingot in my backpack therefore I can not actually make this item.
