Windows Vista/7 32-bit Debug Console Does Not Appear

    Seriously. I've never had the debug console appear when using -debug-flag. I didn't even know there was one until I saw screenshots of someone else's debug mode.

    Pentium dual-core e5300. Vista 32-bit SP2.

    I've had it appear but it never seems to give me useful information.

    Also, Vista? Really?
