It seems,that having multiple forms will cause the game to crush. That is, if I get the demon form while in werediggle form the game will crush when the demon form buff will wear of (the demon form in this case wears of later,then werediggle form).
Thanks for reporting, I passed it to the devs. I tried to reproduce it myself but I have terrible luck trying to activate You are the Demons
