Does blacksmithing (or any 'crafting') skill tree increase gains / uses of altars of krong?

    Does having a higher level blacksmithing or crafting ability give a chance to re-use krong altars or get better results?

    I'm sure the last skill in the Archaeology skill line is one where you can recharge a Krong Altar.

    Yes, the archeology skill line does, but only once for each krong altar. Considering I have no clue what the other archeology skills do, I don't recommend this line.
