So there I was, going to take a shortcut over water by changing into a flying form to get to a shop faster. Stepped next to the water tile. Transformed. Stepped onto the water tile. Autosave Knocked out of the flying form momentarily, less than a turn Drown anyways. Thus I lost almost a floor's worth of progress because I hadn't saved in a while (no permadeath, not yet). This happened twice. Learned from it the first time and now I fear water, only because of this.
Yeah, autosave is rather annoying. Sometimes my game crashes when it autosaves right when I exit my Pocket Dimension. When my game crashes(for any reason), I would rather restart the run than reload from autosave.
