Howdy, I think it would be cool, if people who have dual monitors could be able to drag things like the inventory, crafting and such to the second monitor. It would free up monitor space and make it easier to move around when close to the edge of the maps.
I'm going to take a wild guess and assume that DoD uses the SDL library for graphics, which sadly doesn't allow for multiple windows. You could set the resolution to something really wide and then have the window extend onto the second display though. Mr. Eyebrows would be a bit off-center, of course.
