Based on the thread title alone, I was wondering if you were talking about the character from the Toy Story movies, or describing your mornings.
Are you asking for another source of lumber? If so, farmable bamboo has you covered. If you're asking about farmable coconuts... yeah, I could see this; but I feel that when the Forestry system (hinted at by the Forester job and the fertilisers/sapling description) then the ability to plant foragable coconut palms will probably be on it's way.
Coconut palms actually do produce timber when chopped down; that was added in the last major revision, I believe.
