I would probably be best if bad="0" is the default, but that would mean adding bad="1" to every existing bad DOT in the game. That's not too big of a deal, and it would help a lot with XML consistency. Are there very many that would need to change? Either that or the person who made the DoT is mean. If we change the behavior of DOTs that don't have a "bad" attribute to mark them as bad then all DOTs in all current mods would automatically become good.
