Windows Vista/7 64-bit Game Won't Load.

I do not have the new addition to the game, but I tried to log into my old save today, and it won't load. The game shuts down when I try.

I can start a new game.

Or play a different save.

This is the only save that won't load. (It's also the one where I am the closest I have ever been to winning.)
The auto save foe the save in questions also causes the game to crash.


Any suggestions?

Is there a patch for Linux? I am having the same problem.

 

I have a core dump from that crash if that's helpful.
