I tried going into the skill screen to drag the skill down to a slot on the skill bar that is already filled up and I see a little + icon but I cant figure out what its supposed to do as it ends up disappearing. Anyway I am just saying I have more skills available to me that the bar can hold but I have no way to use them it seems. EDIT nevermind figured it out.
