Do secondary stats (like block or dodge) trigger a roll out of 100 when you are attacked? Is there an easily expressible quantifiable effect?
Most stats actually are a flat %, like block/dodge/counter, so 40 counter is 40%. I believe magic resist is also. Magic reflect certainly is.
