This is the first time I have seen this. I got an item with so many stats on it that it put the "taped paper" on top of my character panel. That's a neat idea, and it made me laugh, but the problem with it is that I can't read the stats anymore. The paper is light enough, and the stats are written in their color-coding, so that some of them are impossible to read now. Either make the numbers all display in black, or change the color saturation, or something.
