As per title. You already have to risk getting blown up if you want the effects, so I think it's only fair that the chance in Wizardlands alone be increased to a 6/7 chance of buff. Ignore if you would rather keep it the way it is, it's moot for me anyway since out of seven or so anvils used none of them cursed me. Well, the 8th did make me lose 1 melee power but that's next to nothing on dlvl 1.
