Is there a database for which mods are known to break stuff?

You know, I've been playing Dredmor for about a year, and playing Dredmor with crazy mods for about 6 months now. I just love piling in the skill mods in particular, they extend the life of the game a lot, since Dredmor is all about mixing and matching skills for me.

One of the most frustrating things that happen to me though is when a mod ends up breaking something and incompatibilities come up from using way too many mods. Is there a list somewhere that notes which mods don't play nice with other mods? I've come across a lot of problems with mods but sadly I don't know what does it... or whether it's a mod that doesn't interact properly with another mod that does it. I just keep adding mods and then later on I realize something I was using before is no longer working.

For instance, just today, I played the Werediggle skill again and then realized the skills weren't selectable in the toolbar! -- Tried removing the last few mods I added, but still the same issue. So the only way to get it to work again is to remove all mods, and then I'm back to playing with no mods again, sad.

Issues I came across from adding too many mods:
    * Every item gained a +7 dodge attribute, like the one that comes with the poncho
    * Diggle Hell would crash automatically on entry
    * Couldn't add werediggle change skill to the quick bar (and the ones in Diggle form don't show up)
    * The super thrown items from Fax's mods crash the game when used (Diptheria in a bottle, Pox bottle, etc.)

Sadly, I still don't know which mods cause which problems. If I can figure out which skills cause problems I will note them here.... unless someone else has already begun such a list (didn't find such a thread here).

Ok I did some testing. I figured out what was causing #1 on the list above. Using Dredmor 1.1.2 with all official expansions, I got this result:

Toon Power - this mod seems to cause most equipment that isn't in the base game to have a 7 dodge attribute added. Haven't tested thoroughly but enabling this mod caused errant equipment, turning it off and I didn't get any 7-dodge equipment.
